HOPE MAKES THE GREATEST GIFT
Add light to the holidays for a struggling veteran and their family through your gift.
VETERANS PATH TO HOPE’S MISSION SHINES ALL YEAR, BUT DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON THE NEED REACHES FURTHER.
Many veterans experience unexpected barriers to success. Our goal is to provide them with hope, health and happiness by helping them gain access to:
After helping veterans for nearly 25 years, we’re making a lot of exciting new changes so we can help them for at least another 25 years. Our name TLS Veterans will be changing to Veterans Path to Hope to more accurately reflect the work we do with and on behalf of veterans in need. We’ve also moved our offices to 805 S. McHenry Ave., Suite D, Crystal Lake IL to allow easier and greater access to the agency. And as you can see, we have a new logo and website which will help you stay connected with Veterans Path to Hope.
Veterans Path to Hope is a non-profit resource that was created to provide hope, strengthen confidence, improve family life and uncover the options needed to meet the physical, emotional and other life challenges that many military veterans face in their daily lives.
We recognize that life can be challenging and we work hard to forge a tight bond of trust with veterans who come seeking a new path to overcoming current barriers. Our staff have experience, directly or indirectly, with military life and can understand and empathize with many of the issues they encounter.
We listen to all veterans’ needs, be they major or minor, emotional or physical, and develop true partnerships. Together, we find options as we personally commit to providing the support a veteran might need to maintain, improve, and, in some cases, even save his or her life.
Please accept my most deepest appreciation for the unwavering attention to detail “Veteran Path To Hope” formally known as TLS has played during my previous court cases, as well as providing me food & counseling during this time.
The actions and dedication of all employees has left a huge impression on my life. These tasks went above any non-profit group I have ever come in contact with.
As such word of your skills to compartmentalize unforseen amounts of information has reached as far as Lake County.
My hat will forever be off to the dedication and unselfish attitude toward never leaving a Veteran behind.
Please feel free to call or contact me anytime if you need expounding on the elite performance of Veterans Path to Hope.
Very Respectfully,
Sal DePillo, Retired USN/HM2 (FMF/SW) PMT

Our New Horizons transitional living facility in Hebron, the location where VPH began over 26 years ago, is getting a facelift! The second story is being converted from double occupancy rooms to single occupancy to allow all our clients to have their own living space! A heart felt thank you to the VA GDP, McHenry VFW Post 4600, and Lake in the Hills American Legion Post 1231 for providing the renovation funding. A special thank you to the families who donated the use of their beautiful RV’s for our clients to live in during renovations. Their generosity allows our clients to easily continue onsite programs and vehicle services.
The much needed upgrade would not be possible without this collaborative community support. We are forever grateful!
