IN-KIND DONATIONS
In-kind donations assist Veterans with rehousing, food pantry needs and clothing. Donations of valuable items, property, vehicles or professional services will also be considered.
SPONSORSHIP/CORPORATE GIVING
Invite your company to become involved with VPH by matching your donation or through sponsorship of our events. Levels of benefits include sponsor recognition and preferred event seating. VPH is grateful for financial support from foundations and corporations.
MATCHING GIFTS
Check with your company to see if a matching gift program exists. This is a great way to multiply your contribution.
MEMORIAL/TRIBUTE GIFTS
Donations to VPH in memory or tribute of a loved one honors those who have served and supports Veterans who have served creating a lasting endowment for VPH.
WILLS, TRUSTS & LIFE INSURANCE
Have you considered leaving a legacy gift to VPH which will ensure support to Veterans beyond your lifetime? Legacy gifts can include designating VPH as a life insurance beneficiary, donating stocks or securities, or making VPH part of your trust, bequest or endowment. Please contact your financial advisor for advice on how to make VPH part of your estate planning.
PEER TO PEER FUNDRAISING
You can make a difference in the lives of veterans and their families with something as simple as a birthday fundraiser. Other easy examples include sharing VPH event links on your Facebook page, runs or walk-a-thon, symbolic gestures such as not shaving for one month, polar plunge or trivia/game night. VEHICLE DONATION
Your unwanted vehicle can be a effective donation that is tax deductible and helps VPH support veterans and their families. The pick-up is free and we’ll schedule at a time that works with your schedule. Please call 815-321-HOPE to find out more.
