Free Veterans and Family Counseling

At Veterans Path to Hope, we are dedicated to supporting our veterans and their families on their journey to healing and resilience. Our organization proudly provides free counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of men, women, adolescents, and children within the veteran community.

Our experienced and compassionate counselors are here to lend a listening ear, offer guidance, and provide a safe space for individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges. At Veterans Path to Hope, we understand the importance of mental health and well-being, and we are committed to ensuring that every veteran and their loved ones have access to the support they deserve.

Navy veteran, Sean Merchant, has his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specializes in supporting veterans and their families; men, women, adolescents, and children. Sean has been a case manager within the local veteran community for nine years and has just retired from the Navy Reserves. He believes life can be very challenging and sometimes we need support to become more self-aware and make the necessary changes to rise above the circumstances.  Sean believes in providing a safe, empathetic, and judgement free atmosphere that will allow a person to begin their journey to self-heal.

Sean can support you with issues like depression, out-of-control behaviors, marital problems, divorce recovery, grief, anxiety, or the effects of bullying, to name a few.
