Robert Boncosky, a veteran of the US Air Force, became president of his family’s business after his time in service. He continued to grow the business for 40 years, and sold it September 1, 2001. He has served on numerous boards in various industries. He had become bored with retirement and attended the agency fundraiser at the Raue Center then visited the office in McHenry to see how he could contribute. He has been volunteering with VPH for three years helping navigate facility-related issues in the role of project manager. His family foundation contributed towards the first truck and trailer for the VCAT program. He gives his time to the agency based on his belief in the mission, the leadership, and the services provided.
