Richard has worked in brand management for Planters Peanuts and Butterball Turkey, and owned his own branding agency, Cows In Trees, for 32 years. He is a consummate brand strategist and his vision elevates brands to new heights, grounds them in marketplace realities, and benchmarks them for growth.
Richard understands the way people want to engage and be engaged by a brand. His marketing, branding and communications leadership has lead to increased brand awareness, preference, distribution, sales and profits across B2B and B2C clients. Importantly, Richard has successfully launched new brands, revitalized overlooked ones, and generated brand success continuation.
His passion includes his wife, children and grandchildren. In addition, he’s fearless on the golf course and has achieved his life long goal of getting his instrument rated pilots license.
